## 1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all **50 U.S. states** and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. We do not ship internationally at this time.

## 2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin their processing time window the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

## 3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options at the time of checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped:

## 4. Shipping Costs

## 5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

## 6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Delays or non-delivery resulting from address errors.
If you notice an error in your shipping address **after placing your order**, contact us immediately at **sales@pentx.com**. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

## 7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked **delivered** by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package:
1. Check around your property and with neighbors or building management.
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
3. If the issue is unresolved, contact us and we will assist where possible.
For packages lost **in transit** (never marked delivered), please contact us within **15 days** of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

## 8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging.
- Take photos of the damaged package and items.

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

## 9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), you may be responsible for re-shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
